New Etsy Blog post inspired by the Roman goddess Cloacina, goddesses of the sewers. These are the goddesses I worship:
“Sing of the Goddess of unwashed hair, the Goddess of outsized proportions, the Goddess of unrepaired friendships, the Goddess of shades of blue.”
From the “Ashes” series by Jeremy Dyer at Occulter.
I don’t have a television, which I’m always surprised some people take offense to, but I’d get this iPad dock (still a prototype) by Jonas Damon in a heartbeat.
Op-art stained glass by Marina Borker.
A few years ago A.K. got me this ring from Erie Basin: 1820s, resized for me, with a chipped large diamond (can’t see it in the picture) nestled up against a flatter sapphire. Today I lost the ring in the ocean; it was swept off to sea. “It’s good to know there are treasures out there,” A.K. said, but it didn’t work. I know it’s just a thing, but I am devastated. I feel like I don’t remember how to feel better.
